Delbert, having not been involved with auditors, I'll defer to your opinion which would, obviously, point to some internal problems as regards exactly how to properly prepare their financials. On the positive side, we could rationalize that this is the first year-end where ALYD actually had revenue to speak of and thus we can chalk this up to a learning experience. On the other hand, and what I presume you are hinting at, is this may be just one more example of last-minute financial wrangling. Not being an accountant I can't say whether this is really that important an issue, but not hitting your marks certainly doesn't help.
