Dear Del: I am a retired audit partner of a very large CPA firm. International in scope. You are absolutely correct. However, if my memory serves me correctly ALYD hired a small non National CPA firm. Their resources would be limited and also their technical backup so anything is possible. Plus, I suspect with all their growth etc. and likely limited accountants themselves all kinds of problems are encountered with year end audits. Wont surprise me if they file for an extension on filing the 10K. JDN
