That's a partial posting! You have to post our assessment of that risk! The investment community has been quite fearful of competitive threats, especially from the back office gorillas such as SAP, Baan and Oracle. Although big new entrants are always a concern, the functional requirements necessary for success in the CIS segment are growing more sophisticated, and it will be difficult for new entrants to catch up barring acquisition. Vantive has achieved a critical mass and should continue to prosper and grow even as new competitors emerge. TD
