-changing nature of Telcos/difficult to navigate/create
networks/( Nn has been at this a long time; ie creating
National Networks )

-finally, everybody on side lines is jumping in belatedly.

Resistance may develop at 27-28 were there may still be some holders
who didn't bail out on it's way down to 18.However maybe THEY are long term holders and know better.
If NN slices though 28, next stop ===> ? 33?
