The quote was <that 30% is closely held>, I'm not sure if closely held only means officers and board memebers. As long as they know where 30% of the shares are, and how they'll vote if push comes to shove....that's all she wrote. You own VVTV right? what do you think about the merger??? Remember that NM is a NYSE listed stock, optionabe and marginable!!!! It would take VVTV a long time to achieve the visibility that NM already has, and will be amplified if this goes thru. Bill
