Cameron: bull's cooking the books yell is a bit Chicken Little, however, could be some connection between delayed rebate complaints and the low rebate redemption KE disclosed (at least in my mind given all the consumer sales). Like a few mail sacks sitting in a closet unnoticed. Not necessairly intentional - s**t happens. But, the Schwab no shares to lend item is interesting.
