I think the commercial you are speaking about is talking about when they beat up the analysts..and their particular recommendations...and it effects their stocks...and they do this every morning... "why didnt they downgrade the stock BEFORE it dropped etc etc etc" that is far different than slanting your reporting about the sectors....... like saying EVERYONE IS BEARISH on the oil industry...and then CNBC promos a guest who is coming on that likes the oil industry... or saying all negative things and never mentioning how far up the OSX was one day... at least in my opinion.... and I dont trade the Joe K effect...but many people do...so I am definitely not trading the Pizza K effect...
