Agree with you, but all these upfront costs eventually will be recovered and passed to the defendant. Yes, the sharks will benefit the most and personally I don't expect to recover even 5% of the amount that I lost during the class A period. The point is to stop and penalized the "rats from Roy" for violating all sort of SEC rules.

These guys don't know how to play the game without crapping all over on the stock holders... Remember the "rats" are in Mormon land.
