Art C. As crazy as this sounds, we still need to see the financials. The debt load that has apparently accumulated is, in my opinion, critical to whatever future success there might be. It appears that this is another opportunity for "the boyz" to rake in some quick cash. Who has been buying all these shares the last month or so? We have seen no indication that any of the present mgt. gives a hoot about the shareholder. Until we see a reversal of that trend we are at their mercy. I think your point is a valid one. Is there any current potential income flow. Are there still partnerships out there with any credibilty that could materialize in future business. Unless there is a drastic change in their SOP I think this is just a further dimming before the lights go out. I hope I'm wrong. HG
