I found the following quip on MS Investor:

"Research alerts
On 3/10/98: It was reported that institutional holdings of CSTR have increased by 5% or more. This data is generally updated in Investor monthly. Such an increase is generally considered bullish for a stock because it tends to mean greater price stability and stature"

Anyone have any more information about this?

This tidbit was also posted regarding CSTR:

"On 3/11/98: CSTR crossed above its 50-day moving average. If the stock continues to rise relative to its average price of the past 10 weeks, it would generally be considered a bullish sign."
