Richard, yesterday's closing price set the foundation for a double bottom. See the IOM chart. If one believes in chart readings, then you need to conclude that IOM will rally from this point. How large a rally? I don't have any idea. Guess I could check the next resistance level...however, although I do look at the charts, I'm really not a technical analyst. I think the fundamentals are what drive a stock. That, plus what the analysts recommend. Stock Bull
