NOTE: DW re-adjusted last weeks BP. I spoke with Jay, an analyst, of Dorsey Wright's office who stated, "We get our
feed from CHARTCRAFT and they feed us wrong data which we did finally correct. . . it will not happen again."
Therefore, please adjust last weeks BP accordingly.
Note what is happening to the 10week moving average (the short term indicator), the nyse, otc the MEAN (50%), the
number of sectors at 70% or above (OVERBOUGHT AREA), and the few sectors which are below the MEAN and
specifically below the 30% (OVERSOLD AREA).
The Semi Sector dropped from 66% the week before to 49.5% this week.
Let's keep tracking the 10week moving average since it will be one of the first things to change.
The correction SHALL occur. The when is the question.
Naturally, the above is only my opinion and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site. Reader are
reminded the old saving, "caveat emptor (buyer/reader beware)."
