This thread sure has been quiet lately.

Asensio hasn't gone away: asensio.com

I'm not sure what's holding this one up, but I think it's a pretty safe short. The company's high reported cash flow is certainly the principal reason for the large investments by the institutional investors. Now that Asensio has called this formula "fraudulent," I would think that the large investors would take a close look, and run for the exits. They may be trying to exit slowly, but I expect this stock to take a very big hit over the next few months.
