These guys like the reverse split idea, they did a reverse split 25 or 35 -1 when they backed into the Joe Franklin Shell and then they morphed into UMSI. a few more reverse splits and there will be only a few shares left, although they will probably still be worth a nickle. Suppose there will be another name change with this split how about 'Honest Myron's Medical Imaging and Storm Door Inc'.
