As a very loyal follower and holder of SLUP I am concerned with the prospect of this stock lately, it looks flat to lower. Charts indicate a sell, at this point the only reason I continue to hang on is that it is suppose to go on the Nasdaq soon. A MAJOR QUESTION IS DOES A STOCK HAVE TO BE AT A MINIMUM $ 4.00 FOR A PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE IT IS ACCEPTED? If so bye bye for now, I'm a seller!
