Bottom line is Return on Assets for them, they have maybe a 3.75 -4.25 net asset value, in a merger/buyout they should fetch 6 + per share. If they can get earnings back to .50-.60 cents annually then they should see a stock price in the 6-8 range justified. Last years merger is a concern as it could have weighed down net asset value and may not immediately add to profits. Trying to pick a bottom here is nearly impossibe. Big event should be 4th qtr numbers do out anytime. After that don't see a lot till fall.
