Companies that supply products that reduce the need for people to answer the phones are all doing well. In today's employment market, you can't hire enough qualified people to handle the phone traffic. Just try calling your bank or broker or the help line for a software company. You will notice that the quality of service is markedly reduced compared to just a year ago. PERI helps solve this problem by reducing the number of calls that have to be serviced by a live operator. I am also doing well with ASPT which approaches the same problem from a personnel productivity viewpoint. Check it out. -Thomas
