Matt, there is one more group I have over looked mentioning (thank you Jeff Garland) - The Russian Mafia. If the local government gets 10% and IKAR gets 90%...guess from who's portion of the pie the Mafia will get their's. The Mafia in all of the USSR is very powerful......so add them to the list of groups taking their piece of the action. However I hope IKAR can do well against these odds. I don't believe this is a BRE-X, just an issue of overcoming quite a bit of overhead in order to turn a profit. -mike-
