Talked to ASDV

According to their investment relations representative, the
*possible* reasons for their stock tanking:

- software license revenues were not at forecasted 50%

apparently, some institutions get really worried if
for whatever reason if license revenues come
up short, they think there is a slow down happening.
thus ASDV, came in below 50% which scared some folks
a lot! so, sell now and ask questions later.

- On no news, the stock moved from the mid 20s to 40
the last 2 months. momentum players anticipating
better tnan expected earnings and revenues brought
up the stock so when ASDV earnings did came out and
the numbers did not meet their "estimates", they
bailed big time.

It's like what's been happening most of this week.
Stocks get moved up in anticipation oh higher than
expected earnings, then once earnings are released
and don't beat estimates as anticipated (ie. Sun & S3),
they get sold off a bit.

I would wait a while before diving back in to ASDV.
Look at accumlating shares once it reaches it previous
base and support levels.
