Charles, IMO if there are still shorts trading on this news, they will cover today or tomorrow. This news is not as devastating to the company as a lot of people believe and I sure wouldn't want to be short THQI come earnings day. It is not likely to trade significantly lower than pre-last Q earnings for very long. ERTS must have wanted that license bad since they haven't even developed any title like WCW yet, hence a lot of development $$$. This all doesn't really give THQ much incentive to really promote the title.
