We will have to see what the two debenture holders do. They hold the key to this entire financing deal and with the landlord. Still risky and very speculative, but if they can get the two debenture holders to agree to the terms of the deal, this thing will take off, no two ways about it. If they decline (hold pat), then this entire financing deal falls thru and UMSI could trade at $0.00 ... The webs we weave ... The landlord is waiting on the debenture holders AND the new debt is dependent on the debenture holders going subordinate. Hmmmm.. intercom.net
