I haven't spoken to the company in a couple of months so you may be correct; however may understanding was the action I completed this summer. Therefore I was looking for results to be released in more of a July Aug time frame. If Nov. is what the company is quoting then I guess Nov. it will be. The company in the past had made announcements that an interium review had been completed and trial was continueing. This type of announcement is what I was looking for in the Mar. April time frame. That said you could recall that the last review in Nov. was looking at the likelyhood that the study would go to a conclusion and the resultswould be Stat. significant and the trial continued and GNE invested so I feel as comfortable as you can ever feel in one of these type stocks. Hopefully the ADA conference will begin to raisethe company's profile. Also something else to keep in mind, this Action study has been running for a numbe rof years so I 'm pretty confident the toxicity issues are behind us, if I'm correct then the one issue is does it work. And given the effects of Dib. complications I would think even marginal effectiveness will be enough to gain approval.

PS check out DTL as turn around story. I think with a 12 to 24 month horizon it could be a double or more.
