Alex, I would add another to why I like MEDI---they have a business model which I think will enable them eventually become a full fledge pharma company.

Currently they have a manufacturing plant under construction here in MD where they will make Synagis and other drugs. They have invested heavily in a trained sales force for their products but have not neglected partnerships to enhance/accelerate drug sales. While I haven't heard them say it so many words, they are giving away the least amount of sales to partners while retaining rights to market/make as much product as they can. We shareholder should benefit as long as they don't overextend themselves. IMO they are reasonable so far in what they plan.
