Carole,

TACO is not a high tight flag but the chart is a strong one nonetheless. The short-term technicals are getting even stronger as the current little base develops and it's the kind of activity that I like to buy. I won't be buying it though since I'm already fully invested. I would expect a good breakout to trade out of at a quick peak then the possibility to repurchase on the retest of the breakout should present itself.
