Quad, People who interact with the stock market only once or twice in their lives are not as savvy as you or me. They may not even know what the term market order means. They may not know who or what a Schwab is. Your explanation is also a possibility. But I have heard lawyers insist on a guaranteed dump of shares and that was how they did it. Ben A.
