To all: just got back from Daytona and read the sign on the door. It's just as Laurens stated: everything is being held by the landlord. My source told me this morning that the landlord is "intransigent; and, that the small financing package [if it bears fruition] will barely pay the back rent. It's my guess that the debenture holders are probably Baker and one of the other board members [probably took debentures in lieu of salaries]. From my perspective I think some body should check out this Global concern. If I'm not mistaken, there was a Global Financial that has been involved in a lot of penny stock scams recently; and, I wouldn't put anything past these guys at this point. The reverse split has chased me. I've had nothing but bad experiences with reverse splits [and God knows I've seen enough of them]. I'll try to stay on top of things from down here, for all your sakes; but, I'm out. It won't be the first wounds I've licked, and certainly won't be the last. Best of luck.
