Check out the sevl web site 7thlevel.com
They have posted info on the planned merger as well as future direction. Mgmt has been awfully quiet lately, no progress reports etc.. Wondering if anyone has done the math to figure out basic valuations for sevl, post merger. Exiting sevl shareholders get 40% of the new entity (which doesn't sound that great). I wonder where that values the stock based upon conservative valuations ?

Anyway, just purchased some more, I view downside risk as minimal, considering all the news has been out long enough for the market to digest and the price of the stock has sat at this level for quite some time. The combined entity has alot going for it. They should do well given time...

My $.02.

Good luck to all,

Nickt
