Hal,
Chances are you have reviewed the analysis at my web site. The competition for surgical sealants is very intense. In the fibrin technology area there are other major players - Immuno AG, Cention, Fujisawa (all in Europe) and Cryolife (CRY in US). Also in the same area, the company believes emerging competition from Baxter Health Care, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Vitex. In the area of collagen technology, I am aware of only one company - Collagen Corp (CGEN). Finally, in the area of cyanoacrylates, we got B. Braun GmBH (German company) and Loctite Corp. (thru. American Home Products - AHP). Much of these information can be found on the web or via the company S-1 Filing.
I don't know about the stock price being at $100 in 5 years. However, based on my revenues/earnings model, strong fundamentals of the company, its technology in contrast to other competing technologies, and the competency of its management and advisors, it is a probable outcome.
Check back to the FOCL analysis often, as I usually make updates as new information becomes available.
Happy Investing,
