The following was posted by Capfund@pacbell.net on a public newsgroup ctaonline.com - part of Altair's webpages maintained by a PR firm I have contacted Altair directly and spoken to investor relations. The company is stronger than ever. The drop is due to a short seller named Rajee who is spreading false rumors on the company. These types of events generally occur when a company goes NASDAQ and is a technology company with new products. Do not believe any bad information. I was assured that the company is stronger than ever with big plans in the works for institutions. Now is the TIME to BUY, BUY, BUY, not sell. As the buyer and holder of a large block of shares, I am using this opportunity to buy more for my company. Clench your teeth, buy some more and quit worrying. It'll all payoff soon! I have 3 comments to make 1. I hope the bold line was a conclusion drawn by Capfund@pacbell.net and not a remark made by the investor relations. 2. I am assuming that Rajee = Rajiv 3. I have not made any comments on Altair for quite some time. Regards, Rajiv
