My NOTES from CONFERENCE CALL 3-12-98:

1. Myriad - Flying out next Thursday to sign all the documents.

2. Line of Credit - Not used yet. Contract Receivable on the books. Possibly be used for future acquisitions.

3. Stock Repurchase - Ongoing. Bought about 600,000 - 700,000 shares so far. This reduces the float, gives us more control, we have confidence in the company, and we feel the stock is tremendously undervalued.

4. Insiders control about 70-75% of the company.

5. News release very soon. Negotiating to Merge with a NASDAQ Company. Could be trading on NASDAQ about 60 Days after completion of merger.

6. Expect to be a $100 Million company and listed on NASDAQ very soon.
