Not to worry. This is a byproduct of last fall's acquisition of Rosetta and Cimtechnologies, i.e., a promise, investment house willing, that holders of restricted stock would beable to register and sell their stock following publication of YE numbers so they could, if desired, exit their investment (or at least as much of it as they desired).
Given the growth pattern in EAI there should be plenty of buyers. There's no dilution in this offering and the company apparently has no current need to raise additional capital, thus no new shares are being offered. I'd stay put or perhaps even add to my position on any pull back.
Hope this helps.
