I have the annual report, I read the paragraph in question last night. Today I spoke with a fellow that has a very very large stake in sfsk. That amount could be expressed as a low 8 figure number. He said when I start to worry, then you will know and I'm not worried he said. Therefore I will discount the lawsuit info at this point as business as usual. This issue in my book is closed as far as I'm concerned for now!
