t-bone: the guy from stocks for tomorrow is pretty accurate. If he didn't give you details, basically it's not exceedingly difficult to liquidate a position through the pink sheets, the real issue is what price you'll get. It's basically anyone's market, meaning set your price and see what happens. That's why you've seen such a dramatic swing in trade prices (.01 - .10). I've seen an indicative bid/ask spread of .06 - .09 on pcquote, but I've been able to buy for .04 and .05. I think you're right that we won't see much price action unless WACC can get some publicity. I can't find any info other than the press releases listed on Yahoo when you type in the symbol.
On another issue, which is the subject of Dan Boyar, You've probably heard of the trial he's in involving stock manipulation. At first, I didn't take the messages on Yahoo's board seriously, but then I checked out the sources the people mentioned (one of the the Orlando Business Journal) and the articles were there. Here's where I found it: sfbt.com Choose , Search, type in "Boyar" then choose back issues. It came back with 3 relevant issues.
I hope Joe Turmaine and Ed Bowes read the message too. I've been following the discussions you guys have been having, and it sounds like you're sincerely interested in knowing the true story. Although I'm not pushing the panic button, I think the Boyar situation merits some investigation. I called the Dilenscheider (spelling?) group and talked to a Paul Walker. He said he didn't know much about it. My next step is to call the company. I'm also looking into flying to Orlando to at least try to see the property they are buying. I'm also not clear about where they're getting the money to fund it.
