I find it funny that they are already talking about terms(4-1). You would think they wouldn't disclose anything until it was done. However, if you step back we are merging with a company that has no leverage. They are going to be delisted. Period. So, I guess it would make sense to pump up the crowd before the deal is done, so their shareholders are getting 4 shares of something worth much more than $.50. That company stock should soar because FAMH will undoubtedly soar on the speculation.
