Geoff and Others, Has anyone been reading the notes on the Yahoo LOR board? There's some interesting discussion about a new IPO for L3 Communications Holdings, Inc. The company is being headed by Frank Lanza, apparently Bernie's "right hand man" at the old Loral. Competition for Loral? I'm anxious to hear what people on this thread think: L-3 submitted an S1 with the SEC on 27 Feb.'98 for an IPO (date and price not yet determined).
