Leroy, It looks to me that if FAMH will control nearly 100% of the company, it really doesn't matter much what the price of the NASDAQ company is right now.

FAMH would roll into what is probably almost a NASDAQ shell with a price that will vary, but would likely be 4 times the price of FAMH shares AT THE TIME IT ROLLS INTO THE NASDAQ Company.

If FAMH is at $1.00, it would be $4.00

BUT CHECK THIS OUT...
If FAMH is then on NASDAQ with "post-merger adjusted 1997 EPS of $.36" and starts to get a reasonable multiple, we're looking at...

.36 x 25 = $9.00

or

.36 x 35 = $12.60
