The road to the mill has to be cleared by BCMD employees and equipment. The snow was piled about 6 -7 ft. high and the road was only able to hold one truck in width. When we got to the Ruby mine and mill, they were milling ore and it was interesting to see the process. Mike told me that the new liners were, hopefully to be in within three weeks and then it would take about two weeks to get them installed. FYI. I was glad to see them milling. The ground was muddy and snow was piled all over the place and they were shoveling it off the roofs. While we were there Calosha was there doing a surprise inspection. I do not know the out come of the inspection, but they were talking as if there were not any problem. Watching them interact I would guess that everything was fine. I have some really good pictures of the Ruby mill and them milling. Some are not so good, also. I will later tonight post those photos. Probably around 7-8 pm pst.
I was very pleased to talk to the minors and get their opinions about the company. I was also happy to see them working and see them milling the ore they were mining. The Ruby Mine and Mill are still covered with snow and it is very muddy and sloppy to be working in.
There are probably lots of tons (I do not know how to guess how much a ton looks like) of ore at the mine to be trucked to the mill. There appears to be at least that same amount at the mill ready to be milled.
I was not able to find out about weather the Sterling payments have been made or other business information. Mike was very informative about the mine and its operations. He was not able to answer the business question and referred me to Lionel.
I'll be back later tonight.
gary :)
