Steve, but what's missing is the amounts and long term implications, such as pension benefits obligations from the employees who don't transfer, does the goodwill represent 80% of the increased liabilities or 20%. The size of the changes without any comment/clarification is troubling. And it can be answered fairly simply. Scott
