I don't think you can SAY with just the info you've presented.

Trades in the MIDDLE can be EITHER a buy a sell or an interdealer transfer.

Trades at the BID are not necessarily a SELL. They can be a BUY (I buy at the Bid myself, for instance, by having a broker go in the box as Principle on my behalf) or they might be an interdealer transfer.

Somtimes what APPEARS to be a sale at the BID, say $5 1/32 is really 5 5/128 which was a cross trade, but since many Quote suppliers do not SHOW 128ths or 256ths they ROUND and it appears different!
