To follow up on the Kostech Research Group: Tom Kosta is the
president of Kostech Research and has been researching small cap
stocks for over 14 years now. His client base reaches some 12,000
people. Next week Gerald Levine is flying out to Santa Barbara to
meet with Tom personally as Kostech Research has decided to endorse
this fine company.

The URL, as you may know, is kostech.com. This is very
good news for CEC since through Tom and his research group the stock
will ultimately be picked up by brokerage firms, Institutional
players, pension funds and the like. Indeed, that is what is needed
to give this equity the fair valuation it deserves.
