Archer, I agree 100% with your assumptions. There is one more variable to throw into the fray. If you can deduce when a fundamental story is in the process of changing,and have the foresight to look through the distortions and noise of the market,and tap into the emotions of investors,the value aspect is multiplied.
Thus,with little HLIT,and also BAY,we have 2 of the more underappreciated,and fundamentally changing stories in the telecom market. BAY behind the new management from INTC,and HLIT behind the changing dynamics of the worldwide cable infrastructure(along with a crack group of salesman,and engineers from New Media in Israel).
Well maybe I leaned towards the wrong side of the wind,short term,with the equipment makers,maybe not. Well, may the wind be at our backs,and the sun of Harmonic shine for us this year, I feel the momentum changing.
