VG, don't forget to add server demand into your calculations. NT, Intranets, killer client/server apps like Siebel, Remedy, etc, are causing a tidal wave here. Gray market prices for the Intel chips for this market, Pentium Pros, are at rich premiums to list.

Intel's margins are increasing to the high 50's.

Microsoft is feeling the heat in its Office suites, is having BackOffice threatened by Netscape, and is goosing R&D for Internet competitiveness. Margins are decreasing.
