Jerry, I think that most of the shorts for APM are in it until the company trades for $2 on the OTC BB! A play by an institution would be damaging to shorts, but doesn't change the long term fundamentals of the company, which are that if they don't qualify customers in 3 months, they are facing bankruptcy.
