Mr Anton Drescher reports
The private placement of 1,250,000 units at $0.325 as announced in
Stockwatch August 15 1997, has been completed. The company has not yet
completed the private placement of 2,500,000 units at $0.15 as announced in
Stockwatch February 19.
Negotiations and due diligence regarding the company's acquisition of a 50%
equity interest in Callisto Media Systems are continuing and the
acquisition has not yet been finalized.
