I love horse racing and IMHO you can't go and bet on the favorites cause everyone is betting on them. Thats why you only get odds like two or three to one when the favorite should be ten to one in a ten horse field. I much rather try to figure out which longshot has the best potential to win and speculate on that. EGGS is like one of those high class horses whose career suffered because of health problems and now the trainer is trying to mend EGGS back to health and have entered him in a lower class race. Looks to me like a longshot worth betting on. I am not a bad handicapper you know. pt
