I received a proxy in the mail yesterday. JTS has two proposals on their agenda, which I think will both pass (I quote):

"1) To approve an amendment to the company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation to increase the authorized number if shares of common stock from 250,000,000 to 500,000,000 shares.

2) To approve an amendment to the company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation to permit holders of at least 25% of the outstanding voting power of the company to call a special meeting of stockholders."

Any thoughts?
