I think a good hearty round of applause is in order for Mr. Walther. I think he shall do quite well. And while we're at it, applause for some of the sales and engineer team like Dave Bruggeman, Jay Sanders, Jerry Thornthwaite, David Molthen, Guy Bailey, Jay Hodgkins and the others who ARE doing a great job. I have confidence that in the future they will "wow" us with their technology and business relationships. I think today's release signals that the SEC has located their culprit at SEXI (I wonder if they are now looking elsewhere?) and are ready to move on. It remains to be seen, but early indications are that justice has been served. I think the "Chairman" is going to take a big fall for this too.

I see they got a real accounting firm to do the audit. Real auditors (I'm an ex-audit guy) work weekends, overtime whatever it takes to finish an audit (god I miss those 85 hour weeks...ha!). With the SEC breathing down their neck, I don't anticipate this audit taking really long. For companies the size of SEXI, our audits used to take 2-3 weeks. My guess is there will be people working this weekend on it. And the best part of the audit is that they won't have to audit "Sales".

One other benefit is that perhaps certain brokerage firms will think twice about the blatant manipulation that's been going on with this stock. I imagine the SEC already has some interest in the shenanigans that have gone on already. I have to wonder if they have the "guts" to continue this practice. It's amazing all the dirt that can come out of clothes that have been dragged through the mud once you put them in the washing machine.

My "gut instinct" is that these deals are still out there, and the technology is real. I'm staying put with this company. But I guess that's just hype from your friendly neighborhood investing buddy.

ONE LAST THING --- did anyone ever get a copy of the original 10-K dated 2/28/96. If you do have it, I want it (EMail me at CBragg5169@aol.com). I'd be happy to look at it this weekend and I'll tell you what's going to get changed. I already have a pretty good idea I think.
