Kevin, I agree with you somewhat. This is pretty much a reverse split if we are merely taking over a "shell of a company". However all the things that have been talked about on this thread such as bigger players taking a look at FAHM can now become a reality. I don't think any of us wanted to be a penny stock for ever. Personally, I am excited about this. I think most penny stocks would love to be in this position. Keep up the good work Ira! Any comments; Cheryl, Jin, Brad, Jane or anyone else?
