Joe sure would be nice to hear from you that the reg s rumors are false and update us on recent share issuance. We might see some price weakness with the on set of a q.p. and these dilution rumors. I think we all anticipate additional shares, but not dilution because EPS will increase. Yes, this income or eps for the most recent operation might be slight but perhaps some objective statements can be rehashed here to instill that operation income will be increasing more than proportional with share issuance.
