I don't believe AMSWA or LGTY are trying to
be bought out but Techweb carried an article
earlier this week about BAAN getting ready to
buy a supply chain mgmt company to plug a
hole in their offerings. LGTY is a great
fit for BAAN...is in the price range they
usually pay...and
is at a bargain price right now.
Of course this is all speculation, though
it is true than BAAN is shopping around.
